All events are required to be covered by insurance. All official UA events are covered by UA insurance. Most non-profit and for-profit organizations already have insurance that may cover an off-site event. Your provider can fax a copy of your insurance rider to (907) 745-9711 to complete this requirement. If you need to purchase insurance for your event and do not already have a carrier, the University of Alaska offers event insurance for events at a University location. Call (907) 450-8157 for details.
